Basic Cleaning Package

Includes main living areas, kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms.

Apt/Condos:   $75 - $100

Standard 3-4 Bedroom Home:   $100 - $125

Larger 4-5 Bedroom Home:   $125 - $150

For larger estate homes, please contact us for quote.

Custom Cleaning Package

This is your opportunity to customize your own detailed cleaning service.  You decide how to use your time, for example, have your maid do some of the following:

• clean out kitchen cupboards
• clean and wash light fixtures
• clean out fridge, stove
• polish silver
• wash indoor windows
• laundry/ironing
• clean blinds and shutters etc...

3 - 8 hour service:  $75 - $200

There will be a $20 charge for each additional hour.

Basic and Custom Cleaning Package Combined

6 - 8 hour service:   $150 - $200

Move-In/Move-Out Package

This is a detailed cleaning, which is usually a full day.   This includes thoroughly cleaning walls, kitchen cupboards, closets, baseboards, appliances, light fixtures, floors, inside windows, doors, handles.    For this package we supply the cleaning products unless otherwise indicated.

6 - 8 hours service:  $150 - $200

**cleaning supplies, rags, paper towels and vacuum provided:  $20 charge

Birthday Cleaning Package

Surprise someone with a birthday cleaning package.   We arrive with 5 helium balloons for the special birthday person.     

Seniors Package

We treat our seniors special with a savings of 10% on any cleaning package.

Snowbird Package

Designed for those who travel elsewhere for the winter.    We will come in and keep your home clean, fresh and dust free.    Contact us for more information.

Event/Party Staffing and Cleaning

Hire a hostess to help greet, serve and clean up after your guests.    We will provide help for pre-party preparations, cleaning, and help during the party.      $25/hour    **minimum 4 hours
